Meet the founder
Vidal Cervantes
Vidal has a passion for fitness, which he discovered through cross country track at the age of 13. This interest has led him to explore CrossFit, and he has been fortunate to have experiences working out with other CrossFitters.
Vidal’s professional background is in IT Project Management, where he focused on acquisitions of senior living communities throughout the United States. He believes in having a plan in place all the time and strives to incorporate it into all aspects of work and personal life.
Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He is actively involved in training his two youngest children for baseball and basketball. These activities help him stay connected with his children on their journey.
Vidal is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
