Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between So Fresh So Clean Services LLC ("Provider") and its clients ("Client") regarding commercial cleaning services. By engaging the Provider's services, the Client agrees to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

The Provider will deliver commercial cleaning services as agreed upon in a separate service agreement or proposal. Services may include but are not limited to:

Office service

  • Industrial service

  • Post-Construction service

  • Residential move-out service

  • Residential move-in service


3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur a late fee. Payment methods accepted are domestic cards and ACH direct payment.


4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of services. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Access and Security

The Client will provide the Provider with access to the premises at the agreed-upon times. The Client is responsible for securing valuables and confidential information.


6. Liability

The Provider will take reasonable care in performing services but is not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, ordinary wear and tear, or negligence of the Client or third parties.

7. Insurance

The Provider maintains liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Florida/United States.


10. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the Provider and the Client.


11. Changes to Terms

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes.
